PrometAI’s v1.2.0 Release Reimagines What Global Startup Planning Should Feel Like

PrometAI v1.2.0 introduces multi-currency support, faster AI insights, and enhanced usability to make global startup planning more intuitive and accessible.

For years, startup planning tools have treated global accessibility as a box to check not a design principle. But PrometAI’s newest release, version 1.2.0, takes a different approach: it lays the foundation for a platform that doesn’t just work globally, but thinks globally adapting to the languages, currencies, and mental models of founders wherever they are.

The new features in v1.2.0 aren’t just incremental improvements. They reflect a shift in how PrometAI is positioning itself not just as a powerful AI planner, but as a product deeply tuned to the real-world friction points that early-stage entrepreneurs face.

Currency, Clarity, and Control - Built In

Until now, PrometAI supported only USD-based planning - a natural starting point, but a limiting one for the thousands of founders building in markets where local currency is the default lens for decision-making. With this release, multi-currency support is fully live, allowing users to plan, forecast, and model in whatever currency they operate be it EUR, INR, MXN, or others. This change opens the door to true international relevance, giving non-U.S. users parity in how they interpret and present their business plans.

But currency is just the beginning. Founders now have more control over how numbers are expressed choosing between raw values and scaled representations like million or billion. It’s a small change with big impact: improving legibility, aligning outputs with investor expectations, and making strategic communication more intuitive.

AI That Speaks the Language of Startup Speed

Alongside usability updates, the PrometAI team has invested heavily in performance specifically, the responsiveness of its AI engine. With smarter model selection under the hood, the platform now generates insights faster and with greater nuance. This is particularly meaningful for users iterating on complex plans across multiple tools, where time spent waiting can quickly break flow. What used to take 30 seconds now happens in under 10 and the difference is immediately felt.

Frustration-Free Navigation and Save Flow

Many users also reported subtle friction when moving between input forms and the visual plan slider, especially during longer sessions. In response, navigation has been streamlined, and a step-saving feature has been introduced. Users can now pause mid-model, save their state, and return later without losing progress - a change that makes PrometAI more flexible for real-world, asynchronous workflows.

Built With (and for) Feedback

The most meaningful part of this release isn’t the features themselves - it’s the way they came to life. Each improvement is rooted in real founder feedback: support tickets, user interviews, Slack threads, even passing comments during demos.

PrometAI’s CPO, David, refers to this version as a “response release” - a cycle dedicated to listening, not guessing.

“This wasn’t about roadmap velocity - it was about product empathy,” he says.

“We heard where founders were getting stuck, and we built our way out of it.”

What’s Coming Next

Behind the scenes, two major initiatives are already underway.

The first is a complete redesign of PrometAI’s PDF export system - not just to fix download performance, but to rethink how exported plans feel as standalone documents. The second is a deeper one: full global enablement through country-specific TAM (Total Addressable Market) data.

With the infrastructure in place for global modeling, TAM estimation is the final layer needed for true international planning and the team is aiming to complete it by the end of July 2025.

PrometAI’s 1.2.0 release is more than a version bump - it’s a signal. That smart business planning isn’t just for certain markets, certain currencies, or certain types of founders. It’s for anyone, anywhere, building something real - and trying to do it with structure, speed, and clarity from the start.

The update is live. And the global rollout is just getting started.
