Step 1: Register and Create an Account

To Create Business plan with PrometAI go to the upper right corner of the screen and click on the "Try for Free" button. This will bring you to the registration page. Create an account to access the platform.

Step 2: Enter Your Business Details

After registration, fill out the form with the necessary information about your business. This helps the AI customize your plan. You need to provide:

Company Name and Description
Project Size
Location Information
GICS Industry
Company Logo

If you have a logo, download it. If not, you can make a simple logo by clicking the "Create a Simple Logo" button (For Basic or Advanced plans only). You can choose the help of AI as well by clicking the "Generate" button.

Additionally, you can select font and color theme for presentation (for basic or advanced plans only).

Then Click 'Next' at the bottom of the screen to continue.

Step 3: Review AI-Generated Business Plan Components

PrometAI will generate different parts of your business plan using your information. Review and customize them as necessary. You can regenerate or manually customize any section to better fit your needs.

Then Click 'Next' after each part to go to the next part (You can always click on “Previous step” to go to the previous part.

Step 4: Other inputs

The final section is “Other inputs”. Here, you should input the following information:

Corporate Email,
Corporate Phone,
Information about your Managing Team (Image, Name, Position and Short overview).

Step 5: Finalize and Export Your Business Plan

Once you are happy with all the sections of your plan, scroll to the bottom of the screen and Click on the “Generate” button.

The system will take you to your complete business plan page.

At the top of the page, you can find a few options to choose - Summary, Full Version, NDA, Term Sheet.

Export the finished business plan as a PDF by clicking the button “Download PDF”
